At Weatherproof®, we stand by the quality of our outerwear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
